A weekly work meeting was held at the Odesa branch of SE «USPA» under the chairmanship of Dmytro Nazarenko.
The Acting head of the Odesa branch of SE « Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority» Dmytro Nazarenko held the regular weekly work meeting with the heads of the port’s structural units.
Among the main topics were: improving the ports’s operational efficiency, monitoring compliance with repair work deadlines, and reviewing the results of work for June 2025.
Special attention was given to expanding cooperation with the port’s partners in order to increase cargo handling volumes and attract additional cargo flow. Following the meeting, specific tasks were defined, deadlines for their completion were established, and responsible persons were appointed.
- According to the main dispatching office, throughout 2025 there has been a trend of decreasing export volumes of grain cargoes through Ukraine’s seaports. Consequently, some terminal production capacities are able to handle additional cargo volumes. Today, the Odesa Sea Port Authority has initiated official communications with private companies regarding their readiness for productive cooperation and openness to attracting new cargo flows in order to address current operational issues.
In addition to operational matters, Dmytro Nazarenko congratulated the branch staff on the recent professional holiday — the Day of Maritime and River Fleet Workers of Ukraine — and awarded Certificates of Honor to employees who distinguished themselves through diligent work and outstanding performance.
